Company Overview

Jet Gold Corp., an exploration stage company, engages in the exploration and development of mineral interests, and investment in oil and gas interests in Canada and the United States. It explores for molybdenum and gold ores. The company has option agreements to acquire a 100% interest in the Kshish Molybdenum property consisting of three mineral claims in the Skeena mining division located near Terrace, British Columbia; and a 100% interest in the Virginia Gold property comprising four mineral claims in the Sheep Tanks mining district situated in La Paz County, Arizona. The company was incorporated in 1987 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
