Our Company Regulatory Filings System in Pictures
Step 1: Navigate to the Company Page for the Company whose Regulatory Filings you want to review.
Step 2: Click on Insider/Regulatory Filings to open that dropdown, identified by the red arrow shown on the following screenshot.
Step 3: Click on “Company Regulatory Filings’ in the dropdown menu identified by the red arrow shown on the following screenshot. Note that each of the 22 document categories states how many documents can be found in that category at the time of your visit.
Step 4: Click on one of the 22 topical document headings to open that dropdown, identified by the red arrow shown on the following screenshot
Step 5: Click on a specific document, for example the one identified by the red arrow on the following screenshot. Note that the selected document immediately opens as a PDF.
