Company Overview

Vaaldiam Mining Inc., a junior mining company, engages in the investigation, acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties. It holds 51% interest in the Brauna 3 diamond project and 100% interest in Braúna Gold project in Brazil. The company also holds 100% interest in Catalao project located in the state of Goias, Brazil; and 100% interest in the Duas Barras diamond and gold property in Minas Gerais, Brazil. In addition, it owns various exploration properties in Canada; royalty interest in the Pukaqaqa copper/gold project in Peru, as well as in Kwale titanium mineral sands project in Kenya; and gold properties in Africa. The company was formerly known as Tiomin Resources Inc. and changed its name to Vaaldiam Mining Inc. in March 2010 as a result of the acquisition of Vaaldiam Resources Ltd. Vaaldiam Mining Inc. is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
