New Home Sales refer to sales of new homes as contrasted with the resale of existing
homes. New homes can be sold before, during, or after construction. Data is collected
and updated by the U.S. Census Bureau. The following charts show monthly Sales of
New Homes for each of the latest reported twenty-four months, and annual Sales of
New Homes from 2000.
