Company Overview

Olivut Resources Ltd., a diamond exploration company, engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties for the purpose of mining precious and base metals. The company holds 100% interests in the HOAM Project comprising 38 prospecting permits and 21 mineral claims covering 1,604,594.7 acres in the south-western part of the Northwest Territories, Canada. It also has an option agreement to earn up to 80% interest in diamond prospecting and exploration licenses, known as the Rivera Project located in northern Uruguay. The company was incorporated in 2000 and is based in Hinton, Canada.
