Manitou Gold Inc., a mineral exploration company, focuses on the identification, acquisition, exploration, and development of properties for the mining of gold and other minerals and metals. It holds a beneficial 100% interest in six mining clams and an option to acquire a 100% interest in seven mining claims, which comprise in the aggregate the property called the Canamerica property. The Canamerica property covers an area of approximately 1,504 hectares located in the Boyer Lake area of the Kenora Mining Division of Ontario. The company was incorporated in May 2009 and is based in Sudbury, Canada.
