Since 2007, I have been developing Stock Research Portal - a research and due diligence website currently focused on Mining and Oil & Gas stocks listed on the Toronto and Toronto Venture Stock Exchanges. Launched in 2007, StockResearchPortal.com currently has over 16,000 subscribers from 130 countries. Concurrently, I have a continuing involvement with Campbell Valuation Partners Limited ('CVPL'), a Toronto based firm I founded in 1976. CVPL has been, since inception, in the forefront of Canadian Business Valuation (both Public and Private Company) Consultancy. From 1976 the firm has acted in many of the major Canadian Public and Private Company business valuation dispute matters that have been resolved either by Court adjudication, arbitration, mediation or negotiation. In litigation matters, I have successfully given evidence in Canadian Province Superior Courts, The Federal Court of Canada, The Canadian Tax Court, and the Ontario Securities Commission. CVPL has also assists many of Canada's wealthiest families in their Business Succession Planning activities. I continue to consult to CVPL clients and CVPL’s current owners.
