Libya
Yesterday the U.N. spearheaded a now approved agreement for a no fly zone over Libya.  As I suggested yesterday it might, this has regained media attention on the Libyan situation. I see things this is an event with unpredictable repercussions, and may well lead to further increases in both the oil price, and turmoil in North Africa and the Middle East.  If nothing else it adds to uncertainty, which can be at best neutral from a macro-economic standpoint, without adding the current Japanese problems to the mix.
