No-Fly Zone!

Ongoing events in Japan are dominating the news, having sent the Libyian uprising and other Middle East events on the back burner. Yesterday the U.N. agreed on a draft resolution to implement a no fly zone over Libya. This strikes me as potentially important news that, depending on the outcome(s) that could result from the creation of a no fly zone, could have further major repercussions on the oil price and turmoil in North Africa and the Middle East. Gaddafi has demonstrated to date that he is not interested in giving up his position, or in being influenced by outsiders. What he will do if a no fly zone is imposed remains to be seen, the only thing that strikes me as certain is that the result is unpredictable. If a Libyan no fly zone is implemented it will not surprise me if Libya regains time exposure on CNN and the media generally, and that we all will know soon enough.
