The company’s Pipeline and Facilities Construction segment offers low pressure gas tie-ins, insulated pipeline installation, cement-lined pipeline installation, fiberglass pipeline installation, water injection lines, construction and installation of compressors, line heaters, separator buildings and header systems, pipeline maintenance and repairs, tying-in wellheads, decommissioning old well sites, and transportation of facility components to production sites. This segment serves oil and gas exploration and production companies in Alberta and to heavy oil facilities in the Fort McMurray area. Cordy Oilfield’s Manufacturing and Supply segment provides drill bits and down hole hammer bits, tri-cones, drilling products, and mining tools; sells, rents, and services bottom hole assemblies and their components; and rents hammers and accessories for casing systems. It serves mining, construction, geotechnical, seismic, water well, and oil and gas industries primarily in Canada. Its Environmental Services segment offers environmental clean up, hazardous goods transport, and containment services to the oil and gas industry, as well as to industrial, residential, and commercial customers in Alberta. The company was formerly known as QCC Technologies, Inc. and changed its name to Cordy Oilfield Services Inc. in September 2005. Cordy Oilfield was incorporated in 1998 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada. |
