Company Overview

Candente Copper Corp., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the exploration and development of copper and zinc properties in Peru. Its primary property consists of the Canariaco property, a 13,400 hectare copper exploration and development project located in northern Peru. The company was formerly known as Candente Resource Corp. and changed its name to Candente Copper Corp. in December 2009. Candente Copper Corp. was founded in 1997 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
