Company Overview

Bold Ventures Inc., a natural resource company, engages in the acquisition and exploration of mining properties in Canada. It owns Bold Area Ring of Fire project that is located to the north northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario. The company also owns 50% interest in the West Nickel property, which comprises 909 claim units in 14,544 hectares and is located in the James Bay Lowlands area of northern Ontario. In addition, it owns right to earn 10% interest in the Timmins Loveland gold and base metal project that consists of 44 mining claims and is located in Timmins, Ontario. The company was formerly known as Chromos Hydra-Max Industries Ltd. and changed its name to Bold Ventures Inc. in April 2006. Bold Ventures Inc. was incorporated in 1989 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
