BNK Petroleum Inc., an international energy company, focuses on the acquisition, exploration, and production of oil and gas reserves with a strategic focus on Europe. It holds interest in a total of 3.9 million gross acres consisting of 12 concessions in Germany and Poland. The company has concessions in four different basins in Europe for shale gas. It also has producing properties in the Tishomingo Field, Oklahoma, as well as prospective acreage in Texas, New York, and Mississippi/Alabama.
