The following document discusses the process we have adopted in screening companies from the universe of Mining and Oil & Gas companies on the Toronto Stock and Venture Exchanges. It is intended to provide Members with the criteria adopted when determining Companies eligible to have their data embedded in the website.
No Company is included in the website that, on an industry-specific basis, fails to meet prescribed financial and market capitalization criteria as set out in the document. These Company Selection Criteria are compared to a Company’s most recent quarterly unaudited financial statements, or audited financial statements where the most recent quarter end coincides with the end of the Company’s fiscal year.
