Consumer Confidence Index - United States
The Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) is a monthly measure of the degree of optimism U.S. consumers express through saving and spending. The CCI is based on 5,000 households. Data has a base year of 1985. Data is collected and updated by the U.S. Conference Board. The following charts show the CCI for each of the latest reported twelve months, and yearly averages for the years from 2000.
